How long does it take for international orders to arrive?

Sample delivery typically takes 3-7 business days (excluding mold opening). Sample delivery after mold opening takes 30-35 business days. Bulk order delivery takes 15-20 days.

Do you provide product packaging services?

Yes, HIFINE offers product packaging options. You can choose from “Corrugated Box,” “Color Box,” or “Gift Box” on the product page. We will use your selection for packaging.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

We sincerely apologize for this. Please send photos showing the damage details to our customer service email address [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will immediately arrange a replacement or full refund for you.
