Strict Quality Control System
IQC (Incoming Quality Control)
Rigorous inspection of all raw materials, including filter media, adhesives, and frames, ensuring they meet structural and environmental standards before entering production.
IPQC (In-Process Quality Control)
Continuous monitoring during the pleating, assembling, and gluing processes. Supervisors conduct random sampling every 2 hours to prevent defect accumulation.
FQC (Final Quality Control)
100% visual inspection and performance testing (efficiency and air resistance) on finished filters using professional testing equipment before packaging.
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control)
Final random inspection prior to shipment based on AQL standards, verifying packaging integrity, labeling, and overall product condition.
