Not all HEPA filters are the same, and the difference is noticeable in their performance. Matching the physical dimensions is as important as knowing the filter class.
True HEPA media rated H13 or H14 captures 99.95% to 99.995% of particles down to 0.3 microns while lower grade H10 to H12 media trades some efficiency for lower airflow resistance. Rather than aiming for the maximum number, we assist you in choosing the appropriate grade according to your desired CADR.
We offer both granular activated carbon panels and honeycomb activated carbon layers for odor and gas capture. Granular carbon is good for general household odor control while honeycomb structures are better at higher air flow volumes with less pressure drop which is important for compact or high performance purifier models.
Pleat geometry also influences airflow and filter life. Our engineering team measures the pleat count and depth against your housing dimensions so the finished filter doesn’t restrict airflow or shorten the motor’s useful life.
