Common Questions
What’s the minimum order?
500 units per SKU. Mixed SKUs in one order are fine — the 500-unit minimum applies per item, not per shipment.
Can you match a filter I already sell?
Yes. Send a physical sample or the OEM part number and we’ll cross-reference it before quoting.
How long until I get a sample?
It is usually completed within 15 days after the specifications are confirmed, depending on whether a mold is required.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit, 70% due before shipment. Please confirm with sales staff.
