Ozone Water Purifier Advanced Oxidation for Water Treatment
Ozone is one of the strongest commercially available oxidants for water disinfection. HIFINE ozone water purifiers use corona discharge technology to generate ozone on site, dissolve it into water through engineered injection systems, and destroy bacteria, viruses, and organic contaminants without adding chemicals to the water. No residual chemicals remain after treatment, and the ozone decomposes back into oxygen within minutes.
How Ozone Water Treatment Works
The process follows three stages. First, a corona discharge generator converts ambient oxygen into ozone gas. Second, the ozone mixes into the process water through a venturi injector or bubble diffusion contact tank, where oxidation of contaminants occurs. Third, any unused ozone in the off gas passes through a catalytic destruct unit, converting it back to oxygen before release. This closed loop ensures both treatment efficacy and operator safety.
