Ozone Water Purifier Advanced Oxidation for Water Treatment

Ozone is one of the strongest commercially available oxidants for water disinfection. HIFINE ozone water purifiers use corona discharge technology to generate ozone on site, dissolve it into water through engineered injection systems, and destroy bacteria, viruses, and organic contaminants without adding chemicals to the water. No residual chemicals remain after treatment, and the ozone decomposes back into oxygen within minutes.

How Ozone Water Treatment Works

The process follows three stages. First, a corona discharge generator converts ambient oxygen into ozone gas. Second, the ozone mixes into the process water through a venturi injector or bubble diffusion contact tank, where oxidation of contaminants occurs. Third, any unused ozone in the off gas passes through a catalytic destruct unit, converting it back to oxygen before release. This closed loop ensures both treatment efficacy and operator safety.

Engineering Features That Define Performance

Every HIFINE ozone water purifier is built around four core systems.
Corona discharge generation delivers stable, high concentration ozone output with low energy consumption per gram of ozone produced.
Gas to water transfer uses either venturi injection or bubble diffusion contact tanks, selected to match the flow rate and water chemistry of each application.
Catalytic ozone destruction treats off gas to ensure no ozone escapes into the working environment, meeting industrial safety standards for workplace air quality.
PLC based control with ORP sensors monitors oxidation reduction potential in real time and adjusts ozone output automatically, maintaining consistent disinfection across variable load conditions.

Industries and Applications

Ozone water treatment serves sectors that require the highest microbial and chemical standards. Pharmaceutical water systems rely on ozone for sanitization and total organic carbon reduction. Beverage production uses it for bottle rinsing and process water treatment. Food processing facilities apply it to rinse water and clean in place systems. Commercial swimming pools and spas use ozone to reduce chlorine demand and improve water clarity. Cooling tower treatment uses ozone to control Legionella and scale without chemical biocides.

OEM and Custom Manufacturing

HIFINE designs and builds ozone water purifiers in OEM and ODM formats for brands and system integrators worldwide. Each project starts with a review of your flow rate, water quality targets, and space constraints. We configure generator size, injection method, contact tank volume, and control logic to match your specification. Production runs under ISO 9001 quality management, with factory testing and documentation delivered per lot.
