The following four brief processes will help you understand our operations.
Four steps from first drawing to a container on the water.
Share Your Spec
Send us your housing drawing, target grade, and airflow requirement. We flag anything that affects cost or lead time before you commit.
Approve a Sample
We build a small run of your custom hepa filter and ship it for testing in your own housing before bulk production starts.
Scale to Volume
Once the sample is approved, we move into your production run at the grade, size, and packaging you signed off on.
Pack and Ship
Your order is packed under your label if requested, then shipped by sea or air depending on your timeline.
What We Can Customize
Whether you are an air purifier brand sourcing a hepa filter manufacturer for your next SKU, a residential HVAC contractor who needs a custom size hepa filter to fit a non-standard housing, or an appliance company building a private label air filter line, this OEM/ODM program is built around your spec instead of a catalog size.
- Filter grade. True HEPA H13, H14, or a lower-grade air filter hepa panel, depending on your application.
- Dimensions. Panel, cassette, or cartridge shapes built to match your existing housing, down to the millimeter.
- Media type. Glass fiber or synthetic media, chosen for your airflow and humidity conditions.
- Frame material. Cardboard, plastic, or metal frames, matched to the application and budget.
- Packaging and labels. Private label boxes, inserts, and barcodes so the finished product ships under your brand.
Who This OEM/ODM Program Is For
Four types of buyers we build custom hepa filter programs around most often.
Air Purifier & Appliance Brands
Launching a new air purifier hepa filter SKU or refreshing an existing line. We match your housing and handle private label packaging from first sample to bulk run.
Residential HVAC Contractors
A duct opening or home air handler housing that does not match a catalog size. We build a custom hepa filter panel to your drawing instead of asking you to adapt.
Hotels & Facility Portfolios
Ongoing replacement filter programs across multiple commercial properties, timed to your maintenance schedule and packed for easy site-by-site distribution.
Medical & Healthcare
Laminar flow cabinets and isolation room housings that need documented H13 or H14 test data alongside the custom frame for medical environments.
What usually goes wrong when buyers source HEPA filters
Most buyers contact us after a supplier mistake costs them time or money. Here is what our production system prevents, whether you are buying HEPA air filter cassettes by the container or qualifying a new wholesale supplier.
A new supplier’s filtration performance drifts between batches
Pleat geometry and media density shift silently. By the time a batch fails testing, it is already on a container.
No paperwork to satisfy your customer’s supplier audit
Retail and appliance buyers now require factory certification and social compliance records before they approve a new HEPA filter factory.
Standard filters do not fit a new product’s housing
Adapting your product design around a catalog filter compromises airflow and seal performance.
Prototype cycles are too slow for a launch schedule
Every design revision that goes back and forth by email adds weeks before a single physical sample exists.

Private Label Filter ManufacturingHow to design a HEPA filter for your product
Whether you are specifying a HEPA filter for a new air purifier platform or replacing an existing vacuum cleaner filter, the same six decisions determine whether the finished part fits, seals and performs. This is the sequence our engineering team walks through with every custom HEPA filter cassette project.
Measure the housing, not the old filter
Send dimensioned drawings or photos of the housing itself. Frame tolerance, seal channel depth and airflow direction matter more than the outgoing filter’s size.
Choose the filtration grade
H13 captures at least 99.95% of particles at MPPS and covers most vacuum and general air purifier work. H14 captures at least 99.995% and suits premium consumer products. We confirm the right grade against your CADR or airflow target.
Set pleat pitch and media area
Pleat density trades off pressure drop against usable media surface area and dust-holding capacity. This is the main lever for both airflow and filter service life.
Specify frame and seal material
ABS, PP or paperboard frames and PU foam or hot-melt seals are chosen for chemical resistance, assembly method and the seal-fit tolerance your housing requires.
Validate against EN 1822
Prototype samples are tested for filtration efficiency and pressure drop before tooling is committed, so the design is proven before it scales.
Plan packaging and labeling
Retail packaging, private label artwork and carton specifications are finalized alongside the physical design, not after mass production starts.

Questions procurement teams ask us first
What is the difference between H13 and H14 HEPA filters?
Under EN 1822, H13 media captures at least 99.95% of particles at the Most Penetrating Particle Size (MPPS), while H14 captures at least 99.995%. H14 is typically specified for premium consumer air purifiers. H13 covers most vacuum cleaner and general air purifier applications. We confirm the right grade once we know your target application and CADR.
What is the difference between a true HEPA filter and a “HEPA-type” filter?
True HEPA media is tested and certified to the 99.97% (or EN 1822 H13/H14) capture standard. “HEPA-type” or “HEPA-like” filters are not independently certified and often fall well short of that efficiency. We only supply true HEPA media with test documentation, which matters most for retail labeling claims. See our full HEPA air purifier standards guide for the complete buyer checklist.
Can you manufacture a custom HEPA filter cassette to fit our existing housing?
Yes, this is our core capability. Send us your housing drawing (DWG, STEP or even dimensioned photos) and our engineering team will confirm frame geometry, seal fit and pleat pack before quoting tooling and unit cost.
What is the minimum order quantity for OEM or wholesale orders?
MOQ depends on the filter design, frame material and whether new tooling is required. Share your target volume and specification and we will confirm the minimum for that exact configuration rather than a generic figure.
Do you provide EN 1822 test reports and compliance documentation?
Yes. As an ISO 9001 certified and BSCI audited facility, we provide filtration efficiency test data and compliance documentation with production orders, so you have what is needed for your own customer or retailer approval process.
Can you produce replacement filters compatible with our current supplier’s design?
In most cases, yes. Send us a sample or the technical drawing of the current filter and we will reverse-engineer fit and performance, then confirm whether any adjustment is needed to match or improve on it.
Can HEPA filter media be folded or pleated for a custom size?
Yes, HEPA media is pleated to increase usable surface area within a fixed footprint, and pleat pitch is one of the first variables we adjust when adapting a filter to a new housing. Our guide on folding HEPA filter media covers pleating, media types and storage guidance in more detail.
What is the typical lead time from prototype approval to mass production?
Prototypes are typically ready in 3–14 days depending on tooling needs. Pilot and mass production timelines are confirmed once volume, materials and packaging requirements are set during the requirement review stage.
